Tell us a little about yourself and your path to Tactel
I’m a QA on the Modular Interactive project—the platform behind those in-flight entertainment systems you see on planes. My focus is on making sure the user experience is smooth and rock-solid. I found the role on LinkedIn back in 2019 and joined the Malmö team, and honestly, I’ve felt at home here from day one.
What does a typical workday look like?
My days are usually spent testing features, writing test cases, and keeping the team in the loop with daily check-ins. I work closely with our developers and designers to make sure everything is polished before we ship. The best part of the job is the team dynamic, working together to level up the product one step at a time.

There is a great balance between professionalism and having fun together.
What makes Tactel, Tactel?
For me, it’s about feeling truly valued. There’s a genuine respect here, not just for the work, but for the people. There is also that great balance between professionalism and having fun together. Whether it’s team lunches or social events, you always feel like a real part of the group.
And what about when you're not working?
Outside the office, I’m into creative projects like drawing, painting, and photography. I love spending time and relax in natur, discovering new places, hang out with friends and just creating memories together. I also enjoy meeting people with different backgrounds and experiences; learning from new perspectives.
