Tell us a little about yourself and your path to Tactel
My journey started when I saw an opening for a UX designer at the Malmö office. The timing turned out to be perfect, as I was looking for a new challenge and was drawn to the idea of taking on more specialized UX projects. At Tactel, I got the chance to dive deep into the aviation industry and work with major international airlines. It’s an exciting world with many different functions and challenges, so there’s always something new to immerse yourself in.
What does a typical workday look like?
The days always start with our team check-in. From there, it can vary quite a bit—anything from exploring new visual ideas and working on designs to syncing with colleagues and meeting with clients from all over the world. My biggest drive lies in creation and the creative process. I like pushing boundaries to see where they can take us. But the absolute best part is working together as a team. We share ideas, support each other, and learn together.

We work together a lot, which creates a sense of security knowing you never have to solve everything on your own.
What makes Tactel, Tactel?
To me, Tactel is a place where people feel welcome and seen. There’s a relaxed, open atmosphere where community is at the heart of everything. We collaborate closely, which gives you the peace of mind that you never have to figure everything out alone.
And what about when you're not working?
Painting takes up a big part of my free time. I paint in everything from watercolor to acrylics, which gives me complete creative freedom. Nature is another big passion of mine. Whether it's a snowstorm, pouring rain, or bright sunshine doesn't really matter—I just want to get outside and hike in our beautiful forests. My camera often comes along to capture all the interesting things I come across, big and small.
Any advice for someone who wants to work here?
Don't be afraid to take space and express your creativity. Here, we value diverse perspectives, and there's room to try new things and learn from one another. If you enjoy creative freedom and collaborating with others, I think you'll feel right at home :)
